Who it is for

For people who depend on help in their daily activities, and for people who do not want to go on holiday alone.

We welcome older guests, and young people who need medical care every day and cannot stay in a conventional hotel. For guests on dialysis, we work with the hospitals in Benidorm. We also welcome guests with dementia.

What we offer

• Single and double rooms on the 4th floor, adapted for disabled guests, with a private bathroom, air conditioning, a fridge, a private balcony, TV and free internet
• Full board with all drinks included, and meals for your dietary needs
• Qualified, registered nurses present 24 hours a day
• Several outings in our wheelchair-adapted vehicles, always with our driver and medical staff
• Hoists, shower chairs, folding wheelchairs, walking frames and crutches at no extra cost
• Laundry: we collect your clothes every morning and bring them back clean and ironed

Travelling together

Your relatives, friends or carers are welcome too: they can stay in the same room as you or in another room. If more family members who are still mobile want to come, we recommend our studio. We can also take over the care, wholly or partly, so that the carer can enjoy a holiday as well.

Booking and the journey

Call us or send a request below to book. We book your flights and ask the airline for the assistance you need at the airport and during the flight. If you would like company on the journey, you can book our escort service for an additional fee.

When you land, our driver is waiting with our wheelchair-adapted vehicle. The same service is available if you arrive by train or bus from elsewhere in Spain.

What to bring

Your medication, with extra doses in case you need them, and any specific materials you use, such as stoma or urine bags. Clean shower towels are provided daily; please bring your own beach towels.
