Frequently asked questions
What does a stay cost?
Call us and we will assess your situation individually.
Call +34 965 86 87 04How is a stay paid?
You pay us directly for your stay and then claim reimbursement from your own insurer; for a holiday stay we can help you with this.
Physiotherapy is paid at the centre, and when you leave you receive an invoice for your health insurance.
Because we are a centre without publicly funded places, our residents cannot claim the benefit under Spain’s dependency law.
Is there someone on duty at night?
Yes. Nurses are on duty round the clock, and our own medical service runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Is the family part of the care?
Yes. The care plan is set in meetings with the resident and the family, and the social worker is the link between the resident and the world around them.
Can I stay nearby?
Yes, in our studio on the ground floor, with its own entrance and terrace. It is for relatives, carers or friends who are mobile.
Which languages do the staff speak?
Our staff speak Spanish, English, Dutch, German and French.
Who goes with my relative to hospital?
Our staff go with them to scheduled consultations, and to emergency admissions between 8:00 and 20:00, in our adapted vehicles.
Can residents decorate their room?
Yes. Our residents can decorate their rooms to their own taste, so that they feel at home.
Are animals allowed?
Pets are allowed in the studio if you tell us in advance. Visually impaired guests can come on holiday with their guide dog; please bring their certificate.
What should I write in the request?
The kind of stay, when and for whom. Medical details are best given by telephone.
